The rich, creamy French cultured butter pairs beautifully with the deep umami of dried scallops and shrimp, while the Sichuan peppercorn and chilli add just the right amount of fragrant heat and gentle mala numbness.

My favourite way to enjoy it is on warm toast with half-boiled eggs. It's simple, incredibly delicious, and turns an everyday breakfast into something truly special. Highly recommended!
