Honey Cinnamon Blueberry Scone | Honey Cinnamon Butter by Borderlessbutter


Ingredients

1.5 cups of all purpose flour
1.5 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon of honey cinnamon butter, cold
½ cup yoghurt
2 tablespoon maple syrup
3 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup blueberries 

Step

1) Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius
2) In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
3) Add in butter, using the back of fork to rub it in, creating fine crumbs.
4) Add in yoghurt, maple syrup, milk and vanilla extract.
5) Gently fold in blueberries.
6) Shape dough into a round shape, gently brush milk over dough and cut into 8 triangular segments.
7) Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 20 min.
8) Cool on wire rack for 5 min before serving.
