1) Where can I pick up the butters from? (FOC Self-Collection)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Butter collection MUST be completed within a week of receiving the "Ready to Pickup" notification so that you can enjoy your butters' optimal taste & freshness
• **Uncollected butters will be discarded with no refund thereafter**
• ***We are NOT liable for spoilage due to delayed collection. Shelf-life count commences from the time pickup notification is sent***
• Date & Time of pick up MUST be arranged at least 24 hours in advance

2) What time can I expect the delivery?

DELIVERY

• Kindly double check your shipping address during check out as we will NOT be responsible for misdelivered orders for wrong address given.
• As we are using third-party agents, we will not be able to advise the delivery time for normal delivery; should you require specific-time delivery, please opt for $25 specific time delivery option during check out.

• ALL standard orders require 5 working days lead time to prepare as they are freshly crafted to order
• If you require your order by a specific date or time, please select the “Specific Date/Time Pickup” option at checkout. Additional charges apply.
• Exceptions: Bulk orders, custom orders, wedding favours, or corporate orders may have different lead times. Please drop us a message to confirm before placing these orders.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these timelines.

What is the Shelf-life of the butter? How should I store it?

As our butters are freshly made-to-order with NO added preservatives, it is advisable to consume them within 1 month (refrigerated 4°C and below), or frozen for 3 months for optimal taste & freshness.

• Whipped Garlic Butter

For longer-term storage, please store in airtight wrapping/container in freezer (at least -4°C) for an extended shelf-life of up to 2 months from purchase (excluding *flavours above)

Butter Care:

• Upon receiving, store your butter in the chiller (below 4°C) to maintain freshness.
• Always use a clean, dry utensil when serving—this helps prevent cross-contamination and keeps your butter fresher for longer.
• Allow to soften naturally at room temperature prior to serving for 10 minutes.
• All Borderlessbutter blends are made fresh to order, with a shelf life of up to 1 month when stored under recommended conditions.

• Allergen: Our product contains butter (derived from milk), and may contain traces of shellfish and nuts.

Are your compound butters suitable for vegetarian?:

It depends - other than flavours like Loaded Bacon & Cheese, Pure Maple Bacon, and Caramelised Onion & Bacon, most of them are meat-free options that complement vegetarian dishes beautifully.

Order Issues

• We take great care in crafting every jar of our butters. As our products are perishable food items, we kindly ask customers to review their orders upon receipt.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
• If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of fulfilment with supporting photos and order details. Requests raised beyond this period may not be eligible for review, as we are unable to verify product condition beyond this timeframe.

Returns

• For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/exchange once delivered.

Refunds & Replacements

• Refunds or replacements, if any, are provided solely at our discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Approved replacements are subject to our production and dispatch schedule.

Cancellation/Exchange

• Once payment is processed and completed, all orders are final.
  Strictly no cancellations or refunds are permitted.
  

Discounts & Promotions

• All promotions, discount codes, and offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and are subject to applicable terms.
• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to confirmed (fulfiled/unfulfiled), or past orders under any circumstances.

Exceptions/non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refund on sale items or gift cards.
