Refund policy

Order Issues

  • We take great care in crafting every jar of our butters. As our products are perishable food items, we kindly ask customers to review their orders upon receipt.
    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
  • If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of fulfilment with supporting photos and order details. Requests raised beyond this period may not be eligible for review, as we are unable to verify product condition beyond this timeframe.

Returns

  • For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/exchange once delivered.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements, if any, are provided solely at our discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Approved replacements are subject to our production and dispatch schedule.

Cancellation/Exchange

  • Once payment is processed and completed, all orders are final.
    Strictly no cancellations or refunds are permitted.

Discounts & Promotions

  • All promotions, discount codes, and offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and are subject to applicable terms.
  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to confirmed (fulfiled/unfulfiled), or past orders under any circumstances.

Exceptions/non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refund on sale items or gift cards.
