XO MALA Grilled Prawn

Serves 1-2

Ingredients

6 Tiger Prawn (deshelled, leaving head on)
3 tbsp Borderlessbutter's XO MALA butter
1 tbsp garlic & parsley, Optional

Steps

  1. Place the prawns in a lined Airfryer
  2. Add 1tbsp of garlic and spread 2 tbsp of Borderlessbutter's XO MALA butter evenly on prawns
  3. Airfry at 180°C for 5min, flip the prawns and coat with 1tbsp of XO MALA butter
  4. Continue to Airfry for another 5min
  5. Garnish with Parsley,Transfer to plate & Dig in!
  • You may opt to do so using a pan instead for more charredness
  • No pre-marination required - quick, tasty & fuss-free
