Ingredients
6 Tiger Prawn (deshelled, leaving head on)
3 tbsp Borderlessbutter's XO MALA butter
1 tbsp garlic & parsley, Optional
Steps
- Place the prawns in a lined Airfryer
- Add 1tbsp of garlic and spread 2 tbsp of Borderlessbutter's XO MALA butter evenly on prawns
- Airfry at 180°C for 5min, flip the prawns and coat with 1tbsp of XO MALA butter
- Continue to Airfry for another 5min
- Garnish with Parsley,Transfer to plate & Dig in!
- You may opt to do so using a pan instead for more charredness
