Ingredients
- Half a cauliflower

2 Tbsp Borderlessbutter's Smoky Maple Chipotle Butter
- 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1tsp cumin/spice of choice
Steps
- Cut cauliflower into 1inch thick slices
- Oil the baking paper and place cauliflower slices
- Coat each slice of cauliflower with 1 tbsp of Borderlessbutter's Smoky Maple Chipotle butter
- Airfry at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
- While cauliflower is airfrying, in a separate bowl, add 1tsp of cumin (or spice of choice) with 3tbsp of greek yogurt and mix well.
- Plate the greek yogurt mixture and airfried cauliflower steak
- Optional: Drizzle some chilli oil and garnish with parsley flakes
