Ingredients
- 400-500g of Cherry Tomatoes

3 Tbsp Borderlessbutter's Sundried Tomato & Basil Butter
- 1 Large Red onion
- 1.5 cup of pasta of choice
- 10-15g Fresh basil
- ½ cup cooking cream
- Optional: 1 ball of mozzarella cheese, parsley flakes
Steps
- Slice cherry tomatoes into halves & Dice red onions
- Sauté the onions until golden brown. Add cherry tomatoes and continue to stir fry. Once softened, smash the cherry tomatoes
- Add 1 tbsp of Borderlessbutter's Sundried Tomato & Basil butter and let it melt in for a minute
- Next, add 2.5 cups of water with 1.5 cups of pasta of choice and bring to boil
- Once pasta is cooked/al-dente, add 1 tbsp of Sundried Tomato & Basil butter
- Add a splash of cooking cream & a handful of fresh basil; continue to simmer
- Finish with 1 tbsp of Sundried Tomato & Basil butter, and season with salt to taste
- Add sliced mozzarella and garnish with fresh basil & parsley flakes
