The Butter Club is Borderlessbutter's Membership Programme, our way of saying 'thank you' for being a part of the Borderlessbutter community! Here, you earn points and redeem rewards and perks (& more butter!) that are exclusively available for members!

Membership is FREE. Simply tap on the 'Butter Club Perks' button on the bottom left and create a customer account :)

Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned, unless redeemed.

Be sure to check your points balance regularly and use them before they expire! (Don't worry, we'll send reminder emails 30 days prior too!)

Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Points awarded from an order will be clawed back if a refund is made.

Points may be redeemed for rewards listed in The Butter Club Rewards Catalog, which may change from time to time. Some rewards may be limited to certain tiers; unlock them as you progress through the tiers!

Tiers are reviewed every calendar year. To maintain your tier, you must meet the minimum spending threshold within a 12-month period.

• Connoisseur: 128
• Epicurean: 228
• Maestro: 328 

As soon as you achieve the minimum spending/points for the next tier, you will be upgraded and can enjoy the benefits of that tier

Rewards and perks are generally not stackable with other offers or promotions (e.g. only one reward may be used per transaction), unless otherwise stated in the T&C for each specific offer or promotion.

You cannot use your rewards and perks for the following transactions:

• Transactions made on third-party delivery / marketplace platforms
• Transactions made by direct email / chat ordering from our Company; 
• Transactions made on the purchase of Physical Vouchers, Online Gift Cards, and any other value-bearing token;
• Transactions as may be defined by the Company from time to time.

Unfortunately, the program will not be able to identify and credit your purchases if you are not logged in.

Existing Butter Club Members can refer your friends to join the Membership Programme, and automatically receive a Referral Reward equivalent to $5-spending for each successful referral.

New Members can use their friend’s Referral Code to sign up for the Membership Programme, and will enjoy the Welcome Gift for new members and access to all the benefits of the Membership Programme.

Rewards requiring shipping (e.g. Complimentary butters) must be redeemed together with a purchase or self-collected. We do not ship redemptions separately.

Borderlessbutter reserves the right to revoke membership or adjust points in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or return of purchases.

Borderlessbutter reserves the right to update or discontinue The Butter Club or its benefits at any time with or without prior notice.

Workshop perks and invitations may be subject to availability and advance reservation. Redemption may not be guaranteed during peak seasons.
