What is the Shelf-life of the butter? How should I store it?
As our butters are freshly made-to-order with NO added preservatives, it is advisable to consume them within 2-3 weeks (refrigerated 2°C and below) for optimal taste & freshness.
For longer-term storage, please store in airtight wrapping/container in freezer(at least -4°C) for an extended shelf-life of up to 2 months from purchase.
